As part of MIWB’s operational objectives, working areas are to be free of clutter and maintained at a high environmental & hygiene standard.
This tender will be canvassing the market for contractors with expertise in the following key activities:
(a) Routine office and general area cleaning tasks;
(b) Cut and polish of selected floor areas quarterly;
(c) Carpet cleaning carried out yearly
(d) Supply of cleaning products as needed.
The Scope of Work for this Tender comprises of the following:
Provision of Cleaning Services for MIWB Main Office, MITR Operations Office and MITR Laboratory.
The contractor is required to provide cleaning services to MIWB
