EDQ require land maintenance to be undertaken over the vacant industrial laydown site at Euroa Circuit, Aldoga within the Gladstone State Development Area. The 27 hectares has previously been developed and used for laydown and storage by Bechtel, who vacated the land 4 years ago. The land is now for sale or lease for large scale industrial development and the presentation of the land needs to be improved.
