The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the upgrade of the water services pipework at Tamborine Mountain State High School located at 67/87 Holt Road, Tamborine Mountain QLD 4272 as a part of the Targeted Maintenance Programme (TMP).
The scope of works comprises the installation and connection of new water services pipe work throughout the entire school site, making redundant existing pipework and associated trenching, concrete cutting require for inground works. All works are to be completed within 5 weeks from Letter of Acceptance.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
