| The Department of Energy and Public Works through QBuild on behalf of Cairns & Hinterland Hospital and Health Service is calling for tender submissions for the Herberton Hospital HVAC Upgrade
Service: Building Contractor
Eligibility requires at a minimum the following requirements:
- Prequalification (PQC) System Level 3 and must have an office located in the FNQ region
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works - Low, Medium or Open
- Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m

Submissions are to be electronic via the QBuild eTender site.
Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for the PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
