For the Provision of Lighting, Audio and Sound Services for UQ Events
The University of Queensland's (UQ's) Student Experience Team runs multiple events throughout the year, predominantly on the St Lucia Campus, with the aim of creating the best student experience possible. The events can range from small to large multi-day events.
UQ is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced CTS-I (highly desirable) suppliers to provide lighting, audio and sound services as required for these events.

Offerors please note the following:
UQ will not accept part Offers. You must be able to supply all services required for all events.
Questions and requests for clarification are to be submitted via the 'Ask a Question' function for this RFQ no later than 2.00PM (AEST), Wednesday 14 April 2021.
Quotes and any supporting documentation must be submitted electronically via QTenders, no later than 2.00PM (AEST), Monday 19 April 2021.
