The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction for the Amenities Upgrades at Belmont SS, Wynnum West SS & Manly West SS.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.

Covid-19 Safety precautions will be mandatory for site inspections
