Burnside State High School Shade Structure and Driveway
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a New Shade Structure, Tiered Seating Refurbishment and Driveway Refurbishment at Burnside State High School, located at 52 Blaxland Road, Nambour QLD 4560.
The position of the New Shade Structure and Tiered Seating Refurbishment is at the middle of the school whilst the Driveway Refurbishment works is at the front of the school, all locations with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 13 August 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
