The Queensland Government through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Energy and Public Works, invites suitably qualified contractors to submit an offer for:
7x1 Bedroom Units at 8-10 Creedy St, Westcourt.
Eligible Contractors are required to have a minimum Prequalification (PQC) System Level 2 and must have an office located in the FNQ region. Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for the PQC Level required (or higher).

Submissions are to be electronic via the QBuild eTender site. The tender close date is Wednesday 5th May 2021 at 14:00pm AEST.
