The Property and Facilities Division (P&F) is responsible for the construction of new buildings, alterations to existing accommodation, maintenance of university grounds, security, building maintenance, cleaning and waste management.
UQ is seeking offers from suitably qualified and capable suppliers to develop Building Integrated Fire Mode Test Matrix Plans for its diverse base of buildings. This encompasses:
- a physical inspection of the nominated building/s and review of the current documentation available;
- developing an Integrated Fire Mode Test Matrix for the nominated buildings; and
- documenting the fire services and smoke hazard management systems based on the documentation provided.
The objective of this tender is to engage a single supplier to undertake the development of all outstanding building integrated fire mode test matrixes.

- 2.00pm (AEST) Tuesday 17 November 2020: All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted via email or via the 'Ask a Question' function on QTenders, no later than this time and date.
- 2.00pm (AEST) Monday 23 November 2020: All offers must be submitted electronically via the QTenders website, no later than this date and time. Offers submitted via any other method (including hard copy) will not be accepted.
