Provision of offsite Project Manager up to 20 hours per week to
undertake Project Management Services for coordination of the CN0247
FHPS Upgrade Project. Services to include;
- Leading the MIWB team on the Project
- Representing MIWB in Contractual matters
- Coordinating weekly internal project meeting
- Coordinating weekly external project meetings
Contractors/Engineer on the various packages of the project
- Attending at Formal Design review meetings in Brisbane or other
locations as required. (Travel related costs and attendance time
to be itemised on invoice)
- Undertaking Project Cost Control and forecasting on a monthly
basis
- Overseeing Payment Certificate Approval for all
Contractor/Engineering packages
- Project Reporting
- Project Scheduling and Tracking
- Creating Package Technical Specifications
