You are invited to tender for the following required works at the James Cook University, Bebegu Yamba Campus, Douglas, Townsville.

This project comprises minor demolition associated with furniture relocation, door and opening rationalisation, floor and wall surface finishes removal and fit out as well as services installation, construction and fit out works defined in the documentation provided by JCU and STP Consultants and other Data and AV consultants. The priority works are those that enable the early operation of the computer work stations.

The Works under Contract are described in the contract documentation generally comprises Interior office fit out and support services including:

• The installation of supporting electrical, data and AV services to facilitate the redesigned furniture layout of computer services in the Buildings 300, 301,302 and 303 required by the relocation of computers from Building 2 scheduled for demolition
• Relocation of existing and installation of new FFE as documented, and the
• Upgrading of floor and wall and ceiling finishes
• Revised entry and exit openings and associated hardware as noted on JCU Drawings
