Council seeks to engage consultancy services to support commercial negotiations associated with progressing the shortlisted EOI submissions to the tender phase.
The consultant will act on Council’s behalf in the negotiations, providing advice and recommendations on commercial models and suitable terms of any agreement to support the implementation of the proposals discussed. Council will be involved in all discussions between the consultant and the shortlisted parties.
The consultancy may include the preparation of documentation and reports regarding feasibility, to support a business case or otherwise support Council in its decision making in relation to any proposal.
The desired output for the scope of services will be a commercial model with supporting documentation and agreement terms to enable Council to issue a Tender to the shortlisted proponents.
