PROVISION OF SERVICES - IMPLEMENTION OF CORPORATE FRAMEWORK IMPROVEMENTS
Mackay Regional Council (MRC) is seeking to engage a consultancy firm with industry leading expertise to help implement recommendations from a recently commissioned review of MRC’s:
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
Corporate Performance Planning and Reporting (CPP & R) framework.
A report recently commissioned by MRC and provided by KPMG, contains a number of recommended improvements to its management of enterprise risk and corporate performance planning and reporting frameworks together with a roadmap of key improvement actions. MRC is seeking external expertise to provide guidance and support in the design and implementation of the recommended improvements.
