Mackay Regional Council is seeking submissions from a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the construction of a pathway from the existing path end at Alexandra Street, West Mackay connecting to the Amphitheatre at the Botanic Gardens. The proposed pathway will allow a safer route for pedestrians to access the Botanic Gardens and Amphitheatre, avoiding the Alexandra Street roadway.
This project will be funded by the Queensland Government's Works for Queensland Program.
