The State of Queensland through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Housing and Public Works (the Principal) invites tenders to submit offers for the following works:
Document and Construction of 12x2 Bedrooms Apartments (3x PLATINUM, 3x GOLD, 6x GENERAL Units)
Submissions are to be electronic via the QBuild eTender site.
Where PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
