The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for an evaluation is to assess the performance of the Queensland Government’s Reef Assist Program as an example for the delivery of future Queensland Government environmental and natural resource management programs. It includes providing an independent evaluation of the program’s impact in generating employment opportunities along with environmental and natural resource management outcomes and identifying strengths and weaknesses in the program’s design and implementation to inform the design of future Queensland Government programs.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include:
An interim report focusing on the program design, application, assessment and project commencement process.
A full program evaluation report incorporating an assessment of both the program process and program outcomes.
The evaluator presenting findings to the program Steering Committee.
