This Request for Tender is part of a process to engage a Design & Construct (D&C) Principal Contractor on Design & Construct Lump Sum contract to deliver the Cowboys CTHPC Level 2 JCU Fit Out Project. JCU invites your company to tender for the D&C Principal Contractor role for JCU’s Fit Out at The Hutchinson Builders Centre.
The Cowboys CTHPC Level 2 JCU Fit Out Project is a ~340m2 space consisting of Office and Physical Containment 1 (PC1) Laboratory space. The preferred tenderer will need to meet budget and demonstrate their capacity and methodology to deliver the project by Q3 2021.
The JCU Fit Out project comprises the following areas:
Shared / open space,
PC1 Laboratory and Store Room,
a Change Room,
Gym,
Meeting Room,
Tea / Coffee Room, and
an Office.
