View Contract Details

James Cook University (JCU) require the provision of Project Management Services for four (4) projects currently to be managed by the JCU Estate Directorate, Capital Projects Team. 

The scope fo services required for the projects are listed in the Request for Proposal (RFP) issued with this QTenders request.

The projects to be completed are as follows;

1. Demolition – Western Campus/Western Halls (Buildings 251 – 258 inclusive Western Campus) plus (Buildings 261 267 inclusive and 269 Western Halls)
2. Cowboys Community High Performance Training Center (CHPTC)
3. Green Feeder Replacement
4. Building 25 Room 002 Nursing Lecture Theatre
