| This is a closed Request for Proposal (RFP) for those vendors who executed the Confidentiality Agreement under QTender number 490581Ph1.
The scope of work has not changed. CSE is seeking proposals from Tenderers for the provision of an end to end retail platform solution to manage CS Energy's (CSE) retail business moving forward.
The Tenderer's proposed solution will see the management of retail requirements from ‘sell products’ to ‘end of customer contract’. CSE’s retail system requirements are generally common to that of the retail industry. Tenderers' proposal needs to address the capability of meeting CSE’s current and future needs, including pricing for the proposed solution. As the complexity of CSE’s business and operating environment increases, so too will the need for a fit-for-purpose, end-to-end Retail solution that aligns to CSE’s overarching enterprise architecture strategy.
