OVERVIEW OF GOODS/SERVICES
Queensland Rail has a requirement to purchase office supplies and janitorial products (either or together called Goods) to meet business requirements. Queensland Rail is seeking tenders from suppliers of office supplies and/or janitorial products. With the current contract expiring on 31 October 2021, there is a requirement to establish one or two new contracts to ensure continuity in the supply of these Goods.
The required office supplies and janitorial products include, but are not limited to:
This Request for Tender involves two (2) categories:
- Category A – Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies
- Category B – Supply and Delivery of Janitorial Products
Tenderers can respond to one or both categories.
Important note: Queensland Rail currently uses a web-based integrated solution for the procurement of office supplies and janitorial products. To be considered for this tender you MUST have the ability to integrate with Queensland Rail using Open Catalogue Interface.
Ariba Sourcing, Queensland Rail’s tendering system, is the only tendering tool that Tenderers must use to submit their responses. Queensland Rail will NOT accept any physical responses or responses via the Queensland Government QTenders website.
