Mount Isa, Doomadgee and Mornington Island Youth Support Services
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Youth Support Services.
The Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs is pooling existing investment currently allocated to multiple suppliers in Mount Isa and Mornington Island under the Young People Funding Area and unallocated funds in Doomadgee to establish four (4) new Youth Support Services in these locations that are better positioned to more flexibly respond to the needs of young people. This Request for Quote outlines the requirements for the services in Mount Isa (2), Doomadgee and Mornington Island.
Quotes are invited by the State of Queensland, acting through the Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs for the delivery of the Youth Support Services in the geographical catchment areas identified in the attached RFQ in Part B.
The Queensland Government is committed to supporting local economies by building local workforces and advancing economic, environmental and social objectives for the long-term wellbeing of Queensland. In order to meet this commitment, a local benefits test will be applied to all significant procurement processes.
For detailed information on the specific services sought under this tender, please review the "Part B - Social Service requirement" in attached RFQ.
