USC is seeking Proposals for Moreton Bay Stage 2 Design and Construct buildings - Design Concepts.
The purpose of the RFP – Concept Design is to:
Explore design concept ideas, approaches and outcomes that will create an exceptional built environment for USC and the Knowledge Spine Precinct, and add to the sense of place for the USC Moreton Bay campus
Conceptualise and develop a design proposition for the proposed buildings which reflect the aspirations and ideals of USC Moreton Bay.
Result in an architectural design concept that can build upon the campus Master Plan and be further developed into a finished built form.
