Internal Audit Co-Source Arrangement
USC is seeking to enter into a contract to engage a suitably qualified and experienced internal audit co-source service provider (Co-source Provider) to assist USC with the delivery of its internal audit program across all University campus locations.
The University’s model for the delivery of internal audit services is a co-sourced service delivery model. The primary intent of the model is to complement USC’s in-house capacity and skills with access to specialised audit resources to deliver a comprehensive audit and project assurance program as approved by USC’s Audit and Risk Management Committee (ARMC) under the University’s Internal Audit Charter.
