Dear Tenderers

You are invited to submit a Tender for the execution and completion of the works described below in accordance with the Drawings and Specification (if any) supplied herewith, the Griffith University Conditions of Tender & Conditions of Contract for ‘Minor Works’ herein, and any other information issued by the Principal for the purposes of tendering.

Description of Works: Café Awning, Griffith Business Building (G42), Gold Coast campus
Provide a structural steel awning and screen to the walkway adjacent the Café situated on the Ground Floor of the Griffith Business School building G42 on the Gold Coast campus.
Works comprise of the following scope elements:
• Supply and installation of structural steel awning and screen as per detailed tender documents
• Minor relocation / redirection of services as noted on drawings, services location documents etc.

• Closing date and time for the receipt of the tender is:
Date: Monday 12 July 2021
Time: 1:00 pm

• Mandatory Site Inspection: Tuesday 29 June 2021 at 9:00am onsite

All RFI responses and clarifications will be noted and issued via QTenders to ensure information is available to all tenderers. The cut off for RFI’s to be submitted is COB. Wednesday 7 July 2021. RFI's will not be answered if submitted after this time and date.
