Metro North Health is seeking to appoint a Supplier to undertake Workshop Facilitation forming part of the Leadership Essentials for Managers Program.
The Leadership Essentials Managers Program proposes to create a workforce of managers (new and established) with the skills, confidence, and capabilities to:
Understand their effectiveness as a leader and their obligations as a manager
Coach and lead people effectively
Amplify the values and culture of the organisation
Understand business intelligence i.e. finance responsibilities & delegations
Build and manage high performing teams
Communicate and influence across multiple stake-holders
