| The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new outdoor extension to the existing hall at Dutton Park State School, located at 112 Annerley Road, Dutton Park QLD 4102.
The extension includes a new auditorium with concrete tiered seating and covered structure as well as additional landscaping a break out spaces. All works are to be completed by January 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
