| As a registrant of Townsville Hospital and Health Services (THHS) pre-qulified panel arrangement no. SOA THHS1003 for Professional Engineering Services, we would like to cordially invite you to provide a proposal. Offers close 8th June 2021 at 4:00pm.
The THHS requires a highly experienced Project Design Team to assist the Project Director with the refurbishments of Ayr, Charters Towers. Ingham Hospitals’ Central Sterilising Departments (CSDs). This scope also includes some minor end of life plant and equipment upgrades required at the Townsville University Hospital.
NOTE: There are 4 x mandatory site visits structured over a 3 day period - the first one commencing next Friday 14th May.
Offerors should be aware that this engagement is only part funded to Design Development (DD) Phase (to enable the next stage of funding application/approvals).
Thereafter, a hold-point of approximately 2-3 months will come into play whilst THHS await confirmation if funding has been approved to allow progression of the Project to CD, tender and construction phases. The THHS intends to use the same Principal Consultant for all phases (if full funding is provided).

All Offers are to be prepared in accordance with Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) THHS1003 for Professional Engineering Services.
