The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the planned maintenance
works at Morayfield State High School, located at 70 Visentin Road, Morayfield QLD 4506.
The work includes, but is not limited to, new stud wall in GLA block, multiple kitchenette refurbishments, air conditioning
installation, painting (internally and externally), fencing, courtyard screens, shade sails, guttering, concrete hardstands and
yarning cirle. Site access and working space is limited and all works are to be completed by 12 November 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
