Mandatory Tender Requirement: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide documents, consider or accept a tenderunless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC system for that PQCLevel (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
Depending on requirements these goods / services specifically include but not limited to:

- Relevant licence required
- Relevant Insurances required

PQC Eligibility Criteria: All the below are mandatory to be able to apply for this tender;

- Service category: Maintenance (other than service maintenance contracts)
- Service activities: General Building: Low - conventional design incorporating commonly used trades, generally less than $2000/m2 (eg a school building)
- Project type: Education - Schools - school complexes
- Project environment: Medium - within a day use facility
