The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for extension of the existing OSHC shed at Wondall Heights State School, located at 260 Wondall Road, Manly West Qld 4179.


Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works, including design responsibilities.


To be eligible, Contractors must hold:
• Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
• Public Liability insurance to $20M
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to minimum $1m
• Work Cover insurance
