QUT is looking to establish an agreement with a supplier that can provide currently enrolled coursework and targeted prospective students at QUT access to 24/7, on demand, writing feedback. The objective of this procurement activity is to increase the scope, reach and accessibility of QUT’s language and learning support. This support is provided by way of 1:1 consultations; co-curricular workshops; online learning resources; and curriculum embedded activities. These activities are delivered face to face and online to allow as much flexibility for students as possible. These activities, however, are not able to be delivered outside of business hours meaning that they are not always accessible when students want or need them.
By engaging in this procurement activity, QUT expects:
Improved accessibility to support services
Greater equity for students who are geographically isolated or unable to physically attend campus
Increased student satisfaction with support services
Alignment with QUT’s digital strategy and move towards fully online courses
