| Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is conducting a select tender process for the provision of a Leadership Development Program.
In 2020 QUT underwent a significant organisational realignment which resulted in streamlined ways of working and a new organisational structure. The formal change process will be concluded by 30 June 2021.
The embedding of the new University structure includes a central consideration of culture. The extensive consultation process identified several key cultural strengths, including strong alignment with the University’s core values of Ambition, Curiosity, Integrity, Inclusiveness and Innovation.
To support the ongoing success and resilience of the organisation, QUT requires a company with expertise in Leadership Development to design and deliver a Three (3) month Senior Executive program.
