UQ has examined various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation (MA) technologies available on the market and has determined Salesforce is UQ’s preferred solution to meet UQ’s business requirements.
UQ is now seeking Offers for the supply of professional services to implement and support the first phase of an integrated Salesforce:
CRM platform for all UQ ‘sales/relationship’ driven functions across student leads, partnerships and organisations (including opportunity management); and
MA solution to streamline marketing tasks and workflows to increase operational efficiency and revenue growth.
