| QRP-20-146 Inlander Maintenance- Tender Overview
Queensland Rail invites offers to establish a Supply Contract for the maintenance works for the Inlander. A scope summary is included in the Preamble document.
This tender requires a suitably competent Tenderer to undertake the maintenance works within a timely manner an indicative schedule and estimated maintenance window has been provided within the Preamble document.
The scope applies to the Inlander Maintenance - TLDPT MAINTENANCE REGIME, all Scope of Works and associated documents and drawings are available via Ariba.
Some in-scope maintenance items include:
• Derived Inspection Sheets including:
o L Series Mechanical Inspections
o L Series Trade Assistance Inspections
o L Series Electrical Inspections
o L Series Plumber Inspections
o QPB Mechanical Inspections
o QPB Electrical Inspections
o QPB Genset Mechanical
o QPB Genset Electrical
Respondents who would like to download all documents and are interested in submitting a response, please follow the below instructions:
1. Tenderers are to email the nominated Contact Officer ( Amanda.reid@qr.com.au ) to register interest and to gain access the documents and online response form in the SAP Ariba Sourcing system with the following information:
a) Name of Tendering Organisation
b) Name of Tenderer Representative
c) Email Address
d) Phone Number
2. Ariba Sourcing, Queensland Rail’s tendering system, is the only tool that will be used for the receipt of tender submissions. Queensland Rail will not accept any hardcopy responses or responses via the Queensland Government QTenders website.
3. Refer to the attached document “Ariba Guide for Suppliers (v1,1)” for instructions on how to navigate the Ariba Sourcing System (once you have registered your interest with the Contact Officer).

Tender Response Questions in SAP Ariba Sourcing
Queensland Rail will only accept responses submitted via the SAP Ariba Sourcing System.
Indicative timetable for the tender outlined below:
Tender release - 14 June 2021
Closing date for tender clarifications / questions - 1 week prior to the closing date
Tender closes - at 2.00pm (AEST) 12 July 2021
Anticipated Award - November 2021
Intended commencement date - January 2022
Queensland Rail reserves the right to alter the above dates throughout the Tender Process should the need arise.
