- to improve and maintain the health and presentation of turf areas;
- to improve and maintain the health and presentation of garden beds;
- to improve and maintain the health and presentation of trees and shrubs;
- to improve and maintain the health and presentation of native bushland;

- perform addtional lanscaping services as required.
