View Contract Details

The high-level scope includes construction of a new multistorey car park to provide no less than 1,503 additional spaces. The new car park is to be integrated to the existing multistorey car park and include end-of-trip facilities. Works to existing car parking areas on the campus (on grade and existing multistorey) including integrated technology and internal roadways is also required.  Metro North Health invites submission of offers for the provision of Quantity Surveyor (QS) services to deliver TPCH Multistorey Car Park (and associated works as detailed in the “reference project” of the endorsed detailed business case).
