The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the demolition of three classroom blocks and associated site electrical upgrade works at Gleneagle State School, 126-146 Mount Lindesay Highway, Gleneagle, QLD 4285.
The works include demolition of classroom block B and modular buildings C and E. Electrical works include supplying a new site MSSB and reticulation around the school site. All works are to be completed outside of school hours.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M

Covid-19 Safety precautions will be mandatory for site inspections
