LM DWPS Tx5(#615) replacement & system enhancement.
Procurement of a RPEQ Electrical Engineering Design Entity is needed to for different stages of the project:
• Stage 1: To conduct front-end engineering design (FEED) and evaluation of two proposed concept solution options and to provide further project definition and scoping of the Lake Moondarra DWPS LV transformer replacement, including developing the concept and confirm the price differential between proposed solution Option 2 and Option 3.
• Stage 2: Detailed Design of MIWB selected solution to ensure compliance with all relevant acts, regulations, codes and standards, and preparing technical procurement documentation
• Stage 3: Implementation - to support with verification during implementation (procurement, construction, commissioning) i.e. to ensure deliverables are according to design IFCs.
The RPEQ Electrical Engineering Design Entity will be engage per project stage as the stages are initiated.
The following key tasks will be included in the Design Entity SOW:
• Discuss / review SNR (URS) in two URS sessions. URS re two proposed solution options.
• Analyse the two proposed solution options.
• Concept design of proposed solution options; price estimates of options
• Review concept design with stakeholders.
• Updated detail of SNR (URS) of selected option – (MIWB change management process will define interfaces.)
• Detail design of selected option.
• Design reviews.
• Technical documentation for procurement.
• Support during tendering & tender evaluation.
• Support with defining implementation and test plans.
• Support with achieving Practical Completion.
• Support with addressing Punch List.
• Support during Retention period is not applicable.
• Support during project Close-out is not applicable.
