The Principal invites your company to tender for the Principal Contractor role for the Demolition of Buildings 02, 03, 08 and 09 on JCUs Townsville Campus on a Lump Sum demolition contract
The scope of works includes the demolition of buildings 02, 03, 08 and 09 and the remediation of the sites to landscaped and turfed areas. Building 08 and 09 are stand-alone, single story buildings connected to services (power, chilled water, sewer, stormwater and water) infrastructure. Buildings 02 and 03 however, are connected to building 01 and 04 respectively consequently careful management of the demolition of these buildings is required.
Existing infrastructure to be managed and demolished include;
High and Low voltage electrical supplies
Chilled water reticulation
Sewer
Stormwater
In-ground communications pits, and;
Asbestos
