| The project comprises the replacement of the existing high-load Trane chiller in the chiller plantroom at Level 6 D Block (QUT Gardens Point Campus)
which has reached end-of-life status. The associated pumps serving both the low-load and high load chillers, and the secondary pumps
also require replacement to better suit chiller performance and provide sufficient access / clearance in the chiller plantroom.
The pipework reticulation serving the chilled water and condenser water systems will also require significant modification works within the chiller plantroom only.
The project is to be primarily undertaken and completed within the mid-year University break (28 June 2021 to 16 July 2021).
