In late 2019, The University of Queensland (UQ) purchased both 308 Queen Street (308Q) and 88 Creek Street (88C) with the aim of establishing a permanent CBD campus in a highly visible and prestigious location to further UQ's reputation as a preeminent tertiary institution.
The purpose of this Invitation to Offer (ITO) is to seek Offers from suitably qualified and capable construction organisations to provide design and construction services for the UQ CBD Project - Part C: 308Q Ground Floor Fitout & Various Building Upgrade/Remediation Works.
Suppliers are advised that the following documentation is available to download via QTenders (section 3 - Specification Documents):
- ITO
- Schedule B - Pricing
- Schedule C - Supplier General Response
- Schedule D - Draft Contract
- Schedule E - Supply Requirements
- Schedule J - Pricing
Suppliers will be sent all other Relevant Documents and Preliminary Design, and any other relevant attachments via Aconex.
Please note the following key dates and times:
- 5.00pm, Monday 7 June 2021: Any questions, requests for further information or clarifications (questions) in relation to this ITO must be submitted using the 'Ask a Question' function on QTenders no later than this date and time.
- 10.00am, Tuesday 15 June 2021: All Offers and supporting information / documentation must be submitted electronically via QTenders no later than this date and time.
Your Offer (and any supporting documentation) must be submitted electronically via QTenders no later than the date and time indicated above. Do not submit your Offer via Aconex or any other method.
