The State of Queensland acting through the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning (DSDILGP) invites offers for Appian Platform Support.
BACKGROUND - MyDAS2 is a critical business platform hosted through Appian that has been operating for over three years. It provides a one-stop shop portal for the community and State Assessment and Referral Agency (SARA) encompassing a development application preparation, lodgement and assessment tracking tool, a payment gateway, and a collaboration and document management service. The system allows SARA to carry out statutory obligations on behalf of the Chief Executive of the Planning Act 2016. It is not anticipated that this Act will be reviewed in the next few years. It is essential that MyDAS2 is maintained to ensure consistency with the current planning legislative framework and DSDILGP business requirements, and that security, performance, storage, and user access are appropriately configured and maintained on the Appian platform.
