Metro North Hospital and Health Service requires the Services of an experienced recruitment agency to provide professional services to locate and shortlist experienced and qualified candidates for Metro North Health to interview and select a Health Service Chief Executive (HSCE).
The successful firm would undertake a comprehensive Chief Executive recruitment process comprising:
National and, if required, international search
Shortlisting of suitable candidates
Employing a range of selection techniques
Referee checks prior to interview
Attendance during candidate interviews
Communication with unsuccessful candidates
Preparation of selection report.
