USC is seeking to appoint a single supplier of graduation regalia, products and services. The supplier will be required to provide staff to support the delivery of the agreed services. The supplier may be a single organisation or a consortium of suppliers.
Deliverables include:
Complete selection of USC graduation regalia for graduands
Complete selection of graduation regalia for academic staff and honorary guests
Trained and knowledgeable staff to assist with dressing anyone who requires academic regalia
Graduand and guest ticketing
Photography – stage and studio photos
Videography, including live-streaming
Graduation gifts – including frames, plaques and gifts
