INVITATION TO OFFER QM 023/2021 QM Website Redevelopment
The Board of the Queensland Museum’s (the Customer) is seeking offers from Suppliers for the provision of ICT Products and Services for its Website Redevelopment project as follows:
Website redevelopment on Sitecore V10.x most stable (The Customer has licensing arrangement secured with Sitecore).
NOTE: For details Services and Deliverables, Supplier are referred to section 8. ICT Professional Services of QM 023 2021 General Contract Details (Draft);
Ongoing website service and support after redevelopment; and
Website hosting and security.
NOTE: Details pertaining to items 2 and 3 above, Suppliers are referred to sections 5. Software Support Services and 7. As a Services of QM 023 2021 General Contract Details (Draft).
The Customer requires the new site to go live on or before 1 July 2022.
The above requirements is to be read in conjunction with the following documents included in this Invitation to Offer (ITO):
QM 023 2021 General Contract Details (Draft); and
Attachment A – QM 023/2021 Statement of Requirements - Website Redevelopment (SOR)

In accordance with ITO and Contract provisions, following the successful development and implementation, there is a requirement for ongoing website service & support and website for three (3) years, with options to extend for further two (2) x one (1) at the Customer's discretion and pending successful Supplier's performance. Based on this 'Final Expiry Date' nominated is for the initial 3 years, noting Customer's discretion for extensions options following successful Supplier's performance.<br />SPECIAL NOTE:<br />In accordance with ITO, QM has discretion to award a Contract whole or in part. Following the Panel's detailed assessment, recommendation is for QM to exclude Hosting and Security (3 years) Services and enter into a Contract directly with Sitecore. A separate procurement and Contract process will be undertaken for this.<br />
Price: $ 602560.20
Comments: Price is GST inclusive and includes all Support & Maintenance Services for the initial 3-year Contract Term. SPECIAL NOTE: Price excludes Hosting & Security Services. The Customer per ITO provisions, has elected to enter into Contract with Sitecore for these Services.
