| The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Performance Portfolio Management Framework
An opportunity exists to develop and implement a Performance Portfolio Management Framework within a diverse and culturally rich health service environment.
Based on project management principals, the introduction of a Portfolio Performance Management Framework within TCHHS aims to prioritise, assess, and manage projects, programs and other related work that is reconciled to resources and based on their alignment and contribution to achieving TCHHS’s strategic objectives.
The Supplier will provide business transformation and change management services by co designing and implementing a Performance Portfolio Management Framework, and the associated business tools and practices for the Customer.
