The State of Queensland, through the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, is undertaking the procurement of a building contractor to construct the Weipa Birthing Suite, which be located within the existing Weipa Hospital.
The project involves the finalisation of an existing design and taking the project through to Practical Completion under an AS4300-1995 contract.
The project has progressed through the following stages:
Stage 1 - Pre design
Stage 2 - Design Documentation
Stage 3 - Contract doicumentation for a D and C tender.
Potential Tenderers are advised that there will a mandatory site meeting on the 10 Noivember 2021.
