| The Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Services ("TCHHS") owns and operates health facilities from Wujal Wujal through to Saibai Island. This includes 4 hospitals, 28 Primary Health Care Centres and associated staff accommodation buildings and related structures.
The objective of this tender is to seek a fire equipment servicing company to service all of TCHHS's fire equipment. This includes undertaking monthly services at the 4 hospitals and 6 monthly services at the other facilitries.
The work includes: preventative serving and maintenance of fire systems, corrective maintenance and small scale minor works and recharge of old fire extuighuishers.
The TCHHS is seeking a single provider to service the entire health service.
It is planned to enter into a contract on a 3 + 1 + 1 basis.
