The University of Queensland (Principal) invites you to submit a proposal for the design and construction of the PACE Chillers Project (Project). This Project is for the Pharmacy Australia Centre of Excellence (PACE) campus at Woolloongabba.
The project scope includes the following works:
Decommissioning, demolition and disposal of 3 air cooled chillers
Supply, installation, commissioning of 3 new air cooled chillers
Controls upgrades
Chilled water piping, valves and insulation
Seismic design and supports as required
Geotechnical engineering of the crane pad and site access for crane
Civil and site works as required to prepare the crane pad and accessway
Builders works as required for preparation / repairs as a result of the works under contract.
Refer to Attachment 1 (Work Description) to the Minor Works Contract and the Contract (Project) Documents for further detailed scope of work.

Friday 11 March 2022: Intent Notification Date - please indicate whether you intend to lodge a tender by this Date
*1.30PM (AEST), Tuesday 15 March 2022: Mandatory Tender Site Inspection
2PM (AEST), Tuesday 22 March 2022: Cut-off for clarifications
**2PM (AEST), Friday 1 April 2022: Tender Closing Date - all tenders must be lodged electronically via the QTenders website no later than the Tender Closing Date.
