The University of Queensland (UQ) (Principal) invites you to submit a proposal for the design and construction of the Cooling Towers at Building 69 and Social Sciences (24) (Project).
The Principal intends to replace one (1) Cooling Tower at Building 69 and remove three (3) Cooling Towers at Social Sciences (24). Only two of the three are to be replaced at Social Sciences.
The scope of work for the Project is set out or referred to in Attachment 1 (Work Description) of the Minor Works Contract.
Tenderers please note the following key times and dates:
5PM (AEST), Tuesday 8 March 2022: Intent Notification Date - submit Notice of Intention to Tender, along with names of Site Inspection attendees to procurement@uq.edu.au.
12PM (AEST), Monday 14 March 2022: Mandatory Site Inspection - tenderers are required to attend the Site Inspection in order to submit a Tender / Quote.
12PM (AEST), Thursday 17 March 2022: All inquiries and requests for information must be submitted (via email to the Owner's Representative or via the 'Ask a Question' function) by this date and time
12PM (AEST), Friday 1 April 2022: Tenders must be lodged electronically via the QTenders website no later than this date and time (Tender Closing Date)
